Rest / Restore & Sound Therapy

Restorative Yoga Classes to Ground, Expand Breath, Rest & Stretch

Includes very gentle postures, utilizing gravity to stretch the body.

Each class includes Guided Meditations, Breathwork

May sometimes shift completely to Sound Therapy of Crystal Sound Bowls / Gong / Drumming

~ Space for 7 Students ~

IMPORTANT CLASS POLICIES:

These policies are in effect since this is not a typical yoga studio with multiple classes per day, etc ~ Each Class is based on YOUR sign up.

Sign Up for class no later than 2 Hours prior to Class Start ~ NO WALK INS  :)    

You may Cancel anytime up to 2 hours prior to class start and a refund will happily be processed back to you! If you are unable to attend  a registered class, I am also happy to shift that sign up to a different date.  I only ask that you give at least 2 hours notice :)    If fail to cancel with 2 hrs notice, or simply do not show up for a registered class, it is a forfeit.   No refunds are processed for NO SHOWS or adequate notice of cancellation.

There should be zero apprehension about what it means to begin a practice or having questions answered by a reputable teacher

• Mentally:       Achieve / Refine / Maintain Mental Focus & Concentration. Calm The Mind.

• Emotionally:  Alleviate Anxiety, Anger, Depression, or practice Stress Coping Self-Care

 

Your Practice May Also Include: 

• Introduction to Meditation, Pranayama (Energy & Breathwork), Mantra Chanting, Mudras or Understanding Chakras

• SOMETIMES YOGA ISN'T PHYSICAL AT ALL
