Yoga Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or change your Private Session anytime up to 24 hours advance notice.
Less than 24 Hours Cancellation or 'No Call/No Show' forfeits that day's session.
Weekly Classes: If you register for class, you may go back to your email confirm to cancel your space.
If you do not go back to cancel, nor do you attend class - refunds are not granted.

योग: चित्त-वृत्ति निरोध: (yogāḥ citta-vṛtti-nirodhāḥ) - Yoga Sutras 1.2
Yoga occurs when the movements of consciousness cease to fluctuate
The meaning of Yoga is understood as ‘Union’ - as in the Union of YOU with all of creation. Embracing this Union is accomplished by the practice of Nirodha (mental control). Hence, the goal of Yoga is refining the process of mental control, which allows us to know we are all connected and decreases our suffering.
All of this is attained by implementing 8 Components of Practice, called the "Aṣtāṅga Yoga", or 8 LIMBS.
