IN-PERSON RESTORATIVE SMALL GROUP YOGA CLASS Weekly on Sunday Evenings 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm through June 22, 2025 (Classes Will Pause for the summer and then Resume in November) Small Group Yoga Class: Space for 6 PLEASE NOTE: NO CLASS ON APRIL 13 or MAY 25 Restorative Yoga OR Sound Therapy Restorative Yoga Classes to Ground, Expand Breath, Rest & Stretch Includes very gentle postures, utilizing gravity to stretch the body Each class includes Guided Meditations, Breathwork May sometimes shift completely to Sound Therapy of Crystal Sound Bowls / Gong / Drumming ALL CLASSES INLUDE ALL NECESSARY SUPPLIES Mats, Blocks, Blankets, Bolsters, Knee Pads, Straps, Chairs, etc~ Please Note: This is a residential location with dedicated space for Yoga and Ayurveda Consultations. Have a peek at the 'Galleries' Page to see all pics of my location. FOR CLASS: Enter Right Side Gate and Come Back to Yoga Studio (Clearly Marked) Sign-In Sheet will be on the table outside the door. Please leave shoes outside and come in for restorative experience :) Please be mindful of Class Start Time of 6:30 pm sharp :) I invite you to arrive with enough time to settled in before class. Humbly, within 24 Hours of your Scheduled Visit, Time & Energy is Already Well Underway with Components of Time Blockage & Arrangement, Reminder Communications, Medical Intake Information Review, Previous File & Notes Review, Document Preparation, Video-Conference Set-Up, Room/Office/Studio Preparation, Yoga Supplies/Linens/Medicinal Oils Preparation and ANY & ALL other necessary time dedicated to the nature of your scheduled appointment. In addition, time and space has been blocked for you and unavailable for other bookings. Also, visits held at Soderworld Wellness, I have costs for the space I have designated for us to meet for our appt or class.
