RESTORATIVE SMALL GROUP YOGA CLASS Weekly on Sunday Evenings 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm through June 29, 2025 (Classes Resume in November) Small Group Yoga Class: Space for 6 PLEASE NOTE: NO CLASS JAN 12, JAN 19, APRIL 13, MAY 25 Restorative Yoga OR Sound Therapy Restorative Yoga Classes to Ground, Expand Breath, Rest & Stretch Includes very gentle postures, utilizing gravity to stretch the body Each class includes Guided Meditations, Breathwork May sometimes shift completely to Sound Therapy of Crystal Sound Bowls / Gong / Drumming ALL CLASSES INLUDE ALL NECESSARY SUPPLIES Mats, Blocks, Blankets, Bolsters, Knee Pads, Straps, Chairs, etc~ Please Note: This is a residential location with dedicated space for Yoga and Ayurveda Consultations. Have a peek at the 'Galleries' Page to see all pics of my location. FOR CLASS: Enter Right Side Gate and Come Back to Yoga Studio (Clearly Marked) Sign-In Sheet will be on the table outside the door. Please leave shoes outside and come in for restorative experience :) Please be mindful of Class Start Time of 6:30 pm sharp :) I invite you to arrive with enough time to settled in before class.
