"OFFERINGS DESCRIPTIONS" PAGE Provides complete descriptions on each service, what's included and what to expect. :) An Inviting, Non-Judgmental Space to Cultivate Health & Healing For Adults & Children ​ All Consultations begin with a 2-Hour Ayurvedic Evaluation Doṣic Assessment. This Package Includes 6 Follow Up Visits of 1.5 Hours Each To be scheduled approx. every 8 weeks for 1 year! Personal Wellness Sessions are in-depth and will address each person's level of health and doṣic Imbalance(s) on physical and emotional basis. Be prepared for an informative conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. I'm thrilled to spend time with you! I also love to provide an abundance of information on Ayurveda Concepts, so feel free to have a notebook on hand if you would like to take notes. In addition, I will provide a Transcript Summary of our discussion, including your doṣic assessment, specific suggestions, suggested treatment plan and any other pertinent information.
