IN-PERSON or ONLINE ​ All Consultations begin with an Introduction through a 2-Hour Evaluation and Doṣic Assessment. Yet, Ayurveda is vast and applies to all facets of life. Additional and ongoing education, application and implementation allows an authentic shift of walking a new path to wholeness. The 90 Min Follow Up is suggested and available to those who have completed an initial 2 hour Discovery Evaluation and seek to continue learning Ayurveda application to foods, hydration, sleep, stress reduction, sun exposure, nature, yoga, meditation, natural herbal medicine, daily routines, circadian rhythm, and all the ways nature offers us medicine for both the body, mind and soul. I love to provide an abundance of information on Ayurveda Concepts, so feel free to have a notebook on hand if you would like to take notes. In addition, I will provide a Transcript Summary of our discussion, including specific suggestions, addressing challenges, suggested treatment plan and any other pertinent information.
