An Inviting, Non-Judgmental Space to Cultivate Health & Healing For Adults & Children ​ All Consultations begin with a 2-Hour Ayurvedic Evaluation Doṣic Assessment. Children's Wellness Sessions will address your child's health, nutrition and doṣic Imbalance(s). Be prepared for an informative conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. I will need to physically see your child, even if just for a few minutes (also via Zoom) Parental presence is required at all times. :) I'm thrilled to spend time with you! I also love to provide an abundance of information on Ayurveda Concepts, so feel free to have a notebook on hand if you would like to take notes. In addition, I will provide a Transcript Summary of our discussion, including your Child's doṣic assessment, specific suggestions, suggested treatment plan and any other pertinent information. INCLUDED IN ASSESSMENT: Based on Doṣic Assessment, I will provide the following: - Doṣic Prakṛti (Natural Constitution) and Vikṛti (States of Imbalance) - Witnessed Nidana Panćaka: Imbalance Causative Factors, Signs & Symptoms - Agni (Digestive Fire), Āma (Toxicity) & Malas (Processing of Wastes) - Doṣas and the opposing balancing qualities needed for healing - Dinacharya: Doṣa Cycles in Nature (Day, Season, Lifecycle) - Explanation of the qualities of 'The 6 Tastes' - Food as Medicine - Initial Suggestions pertaining to AHARA (Food & Fluids) & VIHARA (Lifestyle) - Scheduling of Future Follow Up, if needed With the 'Child's Consult', Follow Up Visits May Be Made at Any Time If more than 1 year since our Initial Consultation, a fresh assessment is needed.
