Ayurveda offers herbal remedies and applications when illness, injury or pain arises. Lets have a short talk to offer natural healing suggestions and support. I may provide Ayurvedic Therapy & Support Options for: - Colds, Flu, Respiratory Illness - Minor Injuries or Pain Management​ - Supportive Care Following an Injury or Surgical Procedure to compliment Conventional Healthcare - and more Be prepared for a short, yet informative conversation. Based on Request, I will provide VARIOUS COMPONENTS of the following: - Doṣic Predominance and opposing qualities to aid in balance and healing. - Agni (Digestive Fire), Āma (Toxicity) & Malas (Processing of Wastes) - Ayurvedic Concepts, Herbal Remedies, Healing Practices Injury Support - Dinacharya: Doṣa Cycles in Nature (Day, Season, Lifecycle) - Reiteration of Prāṇa (Vital Energy), Tejas (Radiance) & Ojas (Vitality/Immunity) - Reiteration of the qualities of 'The 6 Tastes' - Food as Medicine - Suggestions pertaining to AHARA (Food & Fluids) & VIHARA (Lifestyle Practices) - Herbal Medicine Recipes to compose at home to aid in support - Scheduling of Future Follow Up, if needed These Follow Up Visits May Be Made at Any Time If more than 2 years since our Initial Consultation, a fresh Initial Consultation is needed.
