10-Minute Homemade Butter

Making your own butter is as easy as can be!

All you need is some organic, grass-fed heavy whipping cream,

a blender and some ice!

First, add the cream to the blender:

Blend the cream on high speed for about 5-8 minutes.

You will see that it starts to whip up, then start to condense into a crumbly texture.

AT THIS STAGE, YOU HAVE HOMEMADE BUTTERCREAM WHIPPED CREAM

Add some ice to the blender and pulseate just a couple of time to get the mixture to clump a little further

Take the entire mixture and put in a strainer with ice.

You will see the butter forming as you move the mixture around the strainer with a large spoon to expel the excess water

I then put the butter on a plate to further let then the water come out for about

1 minute

Then you squeeze the water out of the butter and form a ball to place into your container

Smooth out your butter in the container and viola!
