Homemade, Chemical-Free Make-Up Foundation

For a toned, even complextion, without the use of store-bought facial foundations that contain chemicals, make it yourself in a just a few minutes in your kitchen!
What you will need:
4-5 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Tablespoon Arrow Root Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Raw Cacao Power
1 Tablespoon Almond Oil
Coffee Grinder
Start out with some fresh Cinnamon Sticks:

Add 4-5 sticks to a Mortar & Pestal (or strong bowl, if that is what you have)

Break them down just enough to go in the coffee grinder

(you may also place in a small bad and pound a couple times with a meat tenderizer)

Grind the cinnamon into a fine powder.

You may skip this entire step and the need for a coffee grinder

if you prefer to buy pre-ground cinnamon at the store.

Just make sure its organic!

Mix well. It will become a clumpy paste.

Add small amunts of water to mix into a dense, but smooth cream.

Use a little water at a time to prevent it getting too watery.

Try to keep yourself from eating it!

You may add more Arroe Root powder to lighten it and more Raw Cacao to darken it

(adding drops of water as well) until it is the right color and consistency.

To create a bronzer, just add an additional 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon.

Then, pour into a small jar.

Put the jar in the refridgerator to seet. The cream will harder a bit.

You may apply with a make-up brush.

If you use your fingers to apply, first remove some of it from the jar

with a clean spoon or Q-Tip to prevent contamination.

I have found that a little bit of it may crumble off of your skin, but the

smoothness of your skin texture is quite amazing!

Also, be sure to wash your hands as they may look 'bronzed'.

It will stay good for up to 3 weeks in the refridgerator.

and NO CHEMICALS!
